About the Opportunity
Operating in 11 countries, The Alternative Board (TAB) is an innovative international business advisory, networking and consultancy organisation.

As a franchise owner, you will chair monthly peer advisory board meetings of local business owners, in your territory.

In a trusted, candid and confidential setting, business owners, Managing Directors &CEO’s from non-competing, diverse businesses meet to help one another, solve problems, evaluate new opportunities and hold each other accountable.

In addition to chairing peer advisory board meetings, you will also provide individual coaching sessions to business owners, providing access to TAB’s proprietary tools and processes.

Working one-on-one with members, you will analyse their business and help them create a plan that will allow them to achieve their business and personal objectives.

Initial training takes place TAB’s USA Headquarters. Then eight days in the field shoulder to shoulder coaching on the launch of your business.
